With over 60 years of experience, Albert Frassetto is the owner and founder of The Frassetto Companies. Albert Frassetto’s extensive background in roadwork construction served as the solid foundation that made him into the foremost expert in commercial real estate development today. His unwavering commitment to a diverse portfolio and the needs of his tenants, buildings, and projects in today’s rapidly changing economy became the company’s unique mission.
Frassetto is an active member of the Orange County Partnership as well as a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, which represents the interests of developers and owners of industrial, office, and related commercial real estate throughout North America.
John Frassetto – Principal Owner
During his 25 year tenure with the company, John Albert Frassetto has constructed over 1.5 million square feet of property during all stages of development, including architectural rendering and design, contract negotiation, estimating, budget analysis, building and construction management. John Albert navigates the intricacies of the permitting process by working with local officials, governmental municipalities, planning boards, and building departments to ensure that each location is vetted to the strictest standards. Managing the highly skilled architects and engineers on each project site is one of John’s many specialties and his dedication guarantees that each project runs smoothly and that all construction is completed on time and on budget.
John Albert is a licensed real estate broker and general contractor with a B.A. from the Catholic University of America.
Dominic Frassetto – Principal Owner
A principal owner, Dominic Frassetto has over 20 years of experience in all facets of commercial real estate. His expertise in the marketing, managing, and leasing of properties is unsurpassed by any of his peers. Dominic’s meticulous leadership ensures that the external marketing and the implementation of lease management is executed with ease and professionalism. To date, he manages more than 90 client, tenant and real estate broker relationships and has built a solid reputation for being extremely attentive to any and all tenant issues, assuring customer satisfaction at every turn.
Prior to joining The Frassetto Companies, Dominic Frassetto worked as a fixed income-trading analyst at UBS PaineWebber and as a commercial real estate broker with CB Richard Ellis. He is a graduate of the Catholic University of America with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
Christopher Frassetto – Principal Owner
With over 20 years of experience, Christopher Frassetto has an advanced skill set in all aspects of real estate, from acquisition to management. He works closely with industry peers to secure financing for acquisitions, development and ultimately the stabilization of assets through tenant procurement and lease negotiations. Prior to joining The Frassetto Companies, Christopher worked for CB Richard Ellis as a Real Estate Broker and at State Street Bank in Boston. In 2002, Christopher Frassetto became a licensed real estate broker and formed Eagle Real Estate Group, a full-service brokerage firm serving the State of New Jersey.
Chris Frassetto holds a B.S. in Finance from Boston College’s Carrol School of Management as well as a M.S. in Real Estate Investment from NYU.
