The Frassetto Companies Breaks Ground in the Town of Wallkill

The Orange County Partnership announced today that the Frassetto Companies is constructing a fifty-four thousand square foot flex/industrial building at 54 Turner Drive in the Town of Wallkill.  As constructed, with twenty-eight foot ceilings and eight loading docks, the building will accommodate a variety of uses from distribution to manufacturing. The delivery date is the fourth quarter of 2017.

One of the county’s main strengths are its infrastructure and proximity to NYC.   The County has experienced positive absorption since 2008 and we are confident an end user will be in place when construction is complete.”
